The inauguration of the Petrovsky Stopover Palace after 10 year-long restoration. Designed by Matvei Kozakov, it was built in 1776-1780 on the order of Catherine the Great to commemorate Russia's victory in the war against Turkey, and was used by the court for a respite after the journey from Petersburg to Moscow. At present, the palace will become the Moscow Government's House to accommodate foreign delegations;
